Biggers filed a lawsuit in October 2022; the case remained largely dormant until February 2023, when an official investigation was fully opened to verify the validity of the TNA wrestler’s claims. Johnson is on particularly thin ice, as he has been named as the mastermind and ringleader behind the alleged kidnapping.
The case is still pending as Biggers has paid his legal costs in full, allowing the lawsuit to go ahead. If Biggers somehow manages to win the case, it would leave the actor penniless, along with several other personalities. According to reports, Johnson is already feeling the pressure and running into all sorts of trouble because of it, as Disney has ended its partnership with him for all future productions and films.
