Happy birthday to local influencer Cathryn Li (李元玲)! The popular “Piano Goddess” recently turned 34 years old on 17th July. Of course, she couldn’t resist throwing herself a big birthday bash while looking extremely glamourous.
Despite her fancy birthday party being seemingly normal, netizens did notice one very odd detail from her pics. All her guests turned out to be guys! Needless to say, this left her followers wondering; did Cathryn Li only invite her guy friends to her birthday party?
Cathryn took to her socials on 18th July to commemorate her celebration with photos and a touching caption. “Another year has come, (I) wish myself a happy birthday and I hope in the coming year I may learn from my mistakes and become a better version of myself,” she stated.
The photos showed Cathryn dressed in a tight vest and mini black leather skirt, partying hard. However, as netizens pointed out, most her photos featured her with guys! Some showed her drinking with guys, and another pictured her taking a photo with a few guys. She even had one group photo with at least fourteen guys surrounding her.
Well, the unconventional photos got netizens tongues wagging. “Why no ladies?” one asked. “Where (are) all the ladies at?” Another questioned: “Do you have any girl friends or is it just guys?” A netizen also cheekily quipped, “All the guys in the pic want her.”
Well, Cathryn Li didn’t deign to respond to any of those comments. However, she also received plenty of birthday wishes on her post from her friends and followers. On our end, we sincerely hope she had a great time at her alleged all-guy birthday party!
