Celebrity entrepreneur Liana Rosli, famously known as Kak KM, is mostly known for stirring controversies. The mother-of-three previously caused quite a scene with fellow businesswoman Dato Seri Vida after their booty-shaking video caught the attention of the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC).

The notorious public figure is making headlines again after her recent performance at a festival in Melaka went viral on social media. Here’s what happened:

Kak KM was one of the guest celebrities to make an appearance at the recent Star Vendors Foodstival that took place at Melaka International Trade Centre (MITC) from 26th to 28th May. On the final day of the event, the controversial celeb took the stage to perform with the guest artists, which annoyed many netizens online.

As seen in the video posted above, the three women can be seen suggestively dancing on stage – shaking their butts to members of the audience. The performance went viral and caught the attention of UMNO Youth Leader, Dr. Muhamad Akmal Saleh. He urged the event organisers to apologise for the inappropriate performance.

“The organisers should also be banned from organising any events within the state of Melaka,” he added. At the time of writing, Star Vendors has yet to issue a statement in response to the politician’s demands regarding the sexy showcase. Meanwhile, Kak KM is likely oblivious to the criticisms she received for her recent performance.

While the celebrity did not say anything about the MITC gig, she previously gave her thoughts on people’s negative opinions regarding her image and controversies. In a recent interview with mStar, the businesswoman stated she doesn’t really care what netizens say about her.

“It doesn’t matter what I do. I can be wearing a baju kurung and they’ll still say that it’s too sexy. It’s not like I’m asking to be criticised but it’s just how it is. I’m just being myself, I don’t want to be fake” she shared. What do you think about her recent performance? Was it too inappropriate?
