To make this day truly special, our culinary experts at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill have crafted a sumptuous spread of gourmet dishes featuring a traditional British Sunday Roast with all the trimmings to delight mothers and families alike.
Available only on Sunday, 14th May 2023, there will also be special activities for mothers, including a cocktail masterclass with our mixologist at the bar; and a flower arrangement masterclass with a florist.

Sunset Terrace, Level 1
12th to 14th May, 2023: Lunch & Dinner Buffet
Dine at the brand-new, swanky poolside restaurant Sunset Terrace on a wonderful spread of seafood on ice,
roasted and grilled meat, homemade dim sum, live-action stations and mouth-watering desserts and a specially curated spring-inspired menu by Chef De Cuisine Afham Afiq, using fresh flowers in his recipes.
The Sunset Terrace Mother’s Day buffet lunch is available on both Saturday and Sunday, from 12 noon until 3pm, priced at RM188 nett per adult and RM94.00 nett per child aged 6 to 12 years. The Mother’s Day buffet dinner is available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 6.30pm until 10:30pm, priced at RM228 nett per adult and RM114 nett per child aged 6 to 12 years.
Highlights of the buffet include a 48-hour Jasmine-cured Salmon served with Sour Cream, Chives and Blinis, a Lavender Seafood Pot Pie – this hearty dish of perfectly baked Salmon, Prawns and Squid with a creamy spinach sauce encased in puff pastry is a must-try, a comforting Chrysanthemum Chicken Broth with Red Dates and White Fungus and Chef Afiq’s Superfood Rose Salad, a dish filled with a mix of fresh Frisée, Kale, Pomegranate, Grapes, Blueberry, Chia Seeds, Quinoa and Rose-infused Vinaigrette.
In addition to the exquisite highlight dishes, diners can indulge in an array of other favourite dishes from the Indian, Malay, Arabic and Italian kitchen including a separate section for kids with “pizza making” activity.
To end on a sweet note, our Mother’s Day buffet lunch menu also features exquisite desserts from Moist Chocolate Lavender Cake, Red Velvet Rose Cake to a Mom’s Caramel Banana Crumble and creamy Elderflower Pannacotta.
