The Torched Salmon Roll, on the other hand, is made with fresh salmon that is lightly seared on the outside with a blowtorch. For those looking for something heartier, the Angus T-Bone Steak and Salmon Fillet are both excellent choices. The steak, cooked to perfection, features a mouthwatering crust and tender, juicy meat; while the Salmon Fillet is served with flavourful grilled vegetables and Romesco sauce that perfectly complement the delicate fish.
