Malaysia is a beautiful country filled with picturesque beaches, delicious food and rich with history. That is why every time a foreign tourist showcases Malaysia, we are always extremely proud to see what they have presented.
Previously, French TikToker Valentin Anger became a hot topic in Malaysia when he was compared to a brown-skinned tourist. Now, almost a month later, he is trending once again among the Malaysian community.
According to MStar, Valentin is a 22-year-old student majoring in Finance and Economics at Taylor’s University in Subang Jaya. Up until now, he has been touring Malaysia on an exchange programme that requires him to stay abroad for a whole year.
In his two months of exploring, Valentin has visited numerous beautiful islands, such as Langkawi, Perhentian, Mantabuan and many more. Recently, the French student also made it to the summit of Mount Kinabalu! How many Malaysians do you know who have done that?
Valentin has an eye for photography. He has been uploading numerous pictures and videos, to both his Instagram and TikTok accounts, which capture the beauty of Malaysia. One video stood out, which is him claiming that Pulau Sibuan in Sabah, Malaysia is more beautiful than the Maldives!
The French student even met up with well-known French TikToker Alwin GC, who has also been touring and showcasing Malaysia. The pair made several videos together talking about their experiences in Malaysia. Alwin also taught Valentin a couple of Malay phrases like “Saya Anak Malaysia!” which translates to “I am a Malaysian!“.
Valentin has also uploaded a video asking for suggestions on where to go next. He is spoilt for choice when it comes to beautiful locations! So, where do you think he should go next? Penang? Malacca? How about our capital city, Kuala Lumpur?
