We’ve seen plenty of car enthusiasts show off their modified rides. Some remain modest with the modifications, while others have made questionable changes. Recently, this Myvi driver showed off his customised car – but what he did earn him more criticism than compliments.
First shared through the Inforoadblock Facebook page, the man showed off his modified Perodua Myvi that not only features dual-exhaust but the two exhausts can blow fire. This type of modified exhaust is also known as a flame-thrower exhaust and apparently can be done using a custom kit, purchasable even through online stores.
As for the driver, not only did he show off his illegal modification in public, he did so while parked at a parking spot designated for the disabled (OKU). Unsurprisingly, the video had many netizens criticising the driver for his ridiculous car modification and where he chose to park, even if it was temporary.
One comment pointed out that while such modification is not longer a petty road offense, it could still possibly be a police case as it can potentially damage other cars and harm drivers while on the road. Many commenters also tagged the Road Transport Department Malaysia (JPJ) and the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) so they could take appropriate action against the Myvi owner.
What do you think about this modified Myvi? Do you see it as something cool or corny?
