At least 16 killed in Russian attack in eastern Ukraine – presidential adviser

KYIV (Reuters) – According to presidential adviser Mykhailo Podolyak, a Russian attack on the city of Kostiantynivka in eastern Ukraine has resulted in the deaths of at least 16 people.

Podolyak, speaking to Reuters, did not provide any further details regarding the assault on the industrial city, which is located near the front lines. Local media outlets have characterized it as a missile attack.
