    Athletics-Obiri wins outlasts women's field to win NYC Marathon

    Kenyan athlete Hellen Obiri demonstrated exceptional speed and stamina as she triumphed at the New York City Marathon, completing the race in an impressive time of two hours, 27 minutes, and 23 seconds.     Coming in close behind Obiri was Ethiopian runner Letesenbet Gidey, who crossed the finish line a mere six seconds after the Kenyan athlete. Gidey showcased incredible determination and skill throughout the marathon, demonstrating her ability to compete at a high level.
