Post-mortem examinations at the Tuanku Ja’afar Hospital in Seremban on Wednesday could not determine the cause of death for a couple whose remains were found in a condominium near the area. Seremban police chief Asst Comm Arifai Tarawe stated that the case is still classified as sudden death, with the cause of death being undetermined. Further analysis will be carried out at a chemical lab, and no criminal elements to suggest foul play were found in the examination.

The couple, a 31-year-old dentist and her 34-year-old British husband, were discovered dead at their rented unit on Tuesday (Jan 2) afternoon. The dentist worked at a government clinic in Port Dickson while her husband was a teacher at an international school. They had recently married in October 2023.
