MANAMA, Aug. 4 (Xinhua) — The Bahraini Ministry of Industry and Commerce has released a survey to gauge customer satisfaction with the kingdom’s e-commerce services, according to a report from the official Bahrain News Agency on Friday.
The survey, accessible for a two-week period through the ministry’s official website and its social media accounts, is being conducted as the ministry closely monitors the e-commerce sector to ensure consumers are adequately protected, the report stated.
With the increasing number of e-commerce transactions in Bahrain, the ministry has been actively promoting consumer awareness of their rights to assist them in making well-informed decisions when shopping online, it added.
