> Open to all ages, the event will be held on Sept 9 at UTAR Sungai Long Campus, UTAR Kampar Campus, and TAR UMT Penang Campus.

> Three competitions: memory; mind mapping; and mental calculation.

> Memory Competition (four categories): random words, random numbers, dates and events, random letters of the alphabet.

> Mind Mapping Competition (two categories): participants aged five to 12; participants aged 13 and over. Each category consists of two sections: mind mapping from a written text, and freestyle creative mind map (both requiring the application of the Buzan Mind Mapping Laws).

> Mental Calculation (two components): mental additions and mental multiplications.

> Top three prizes: 1st prize (RM5,000), 2nd prize (RM2,000), 3rd prize (RM1,000)

> Special prizes: RM500 each for the children, the senior citizen, and the best school prize categories.

> Five consolation prizes: RM100 each.

The Mind Mapping & Memory League Malaysia (MMLM) is hosting their upcoming event on September 9th, and registration is open until August 30th. The event, which is open to all ages, will take place at three different campuses: UTAR Sungai Long Campus, UTAR Kampar Campus, and TAR UMT Penang Campus. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in three different competitions: memory, mind mapping, and mental calculation.

The Memory Competition features four different categories, namely random words, random numbers, dates and events, and random letters of the alphabet. In the Mind Mapping Competition, there are two categories based on age: participants aged five to 12 and participants aged 13 and over. Each category consists of two sections: mind mapping from a written text and a freestyle creative mind map. Both sections require the application of the Buzan Mind Mapping Laws.

For those interested in mental calculations, the Mental Calculation competition offers two components: mental additions and mental multiplications. Participants will be able to showcase their mental arithmetic skills in this unique competition.

Prizes will be awarded to the top performers in each competition. The first prize winner will receive RM5,000, the second prize winner will receive RM2,000, and the third prize winner will receive RM1,000. Additionally, there will be special prizes of RM500 each for the children, senior citizens, and best school categories. Consolation prizes of RM100 each will also be awarded to five participants.
