Russia’s missile and drone attacks on Ukrainian ports, which followed its withdrawal from a U.N.-backed grain deal with Kyiv, have been widely condemned. Moscow justified its actions as retaliation for attacks launched by Kyiv, but the United Nations warned it could lead to global hunger.
