JOHOR BARU: A man fell to his death from a flat in Tampoi on Friday (Aug 2), says Johor Baru North Deputy OCPD Supt Yusof Othman.
He said the incident was brought to the attention of the police at 7.04am on Friday (Aug 2).
“We have not found any criminal elements, and the victim’s body has been sent to Hospital Sultanah Aminah for a postmortem.
“The case has been classified as sudden death,” Supt Yusof said in a statement on Saturday (Aug 3) in response to a post about the discovery of a dead body that has gone viral on social media.
Supt Yusof urges those with information about the incident to call the Johor Baru North police headquarters at 07-5563122 or any police stations, to assist in the investigation.
