It was reported that a man who reportedly threw a brick onto a moving car was being tracked down by the police.

Following a Facebook post on the incident, Supt Nuzulan said a report was lodged on Friday (Aug 2) and the case was being investigated under Section 427 of the Penal Code for committing mischief resulting in loss or damage.

The post, uploaded on Friday, claimed that a mentally ill man had thrown a brick from the Imbi monorail station on Friday afternoon.

The brick landed on a car driven by the Facebook user’s boyfriend, shattering the rear windscreen.
