In Gombak, a husband and wife tragically lost their lives in a fatal car accident, which resulted in their vehicle catching fire. Acting Gombak OCPD Supt Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir issued a statement on Thursday (Sept 7), revealing that the incident took place at 4.30am on Jalan Kuala Garing in Rawang. The 26-year-old driver was accompanied by his 23-year-old wife as they were en route to Rawang from Bandar Country Homes.
According to Supt Noor Ariffin, “The driver appeared to have lost control of the car, causing it to drift into the opposite lane and collide with an oncoming lorry from Bandar Country Homes.
