KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Dr Mohd Na’im Mokhtar, the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department for Religious Affairs, has been discharged from Putrajaya Hospital after undergoing minor surgery.
The surgery was to remove stones from his salivary gland, and he will now continue treatment and therapy at home.
Expressing gratitude for the care he received, Mohd Na’im thanked the hospital staff, particularly the doctors and nurses who looked after him during his stay.
In a Facebook post on Sunday (March 31), he said, “May Allah bless all front-line workers who serve with sincerity.”
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim paid a visit to Mohd Na’im at the hospital on Friday, March 29, to check on his recovery progress. – Bernama
