According to reports, Mr H, the person believed to be responsible for a video linking former Community Communications Department (J-KOM) director-general Datuk Dr Mohammad Agus Yusoff to illegal activity, was unable to provide a statement to the police due to illness. Mr H was reportedly scheduled to appear at the Presint 11 police station in Putrajaya at 5:30pm on Wednesday (Nov 22) but did not show up. Inspector General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain confirmed the situation, stating that “He did not turn up because he was sick. A new date (to record the statement) will be announced later,” according to Bernama news agency on Wednesday evening.

Razarudin Husain added that police have interviewed three individuals to aid in the investigation.

A three-minute video clip depicting an online conversation between a man purported to be Mohammad Agus and another individual spread rapidly on social media recently. Mohammad Agus claimed at a press conference on Friday that the video was manipulated and filed a police report regarding the incident. – Bernama
