In Kuala Lumpur, Muda has received advice to be patient and refrain from attacking Pakatan Harapan. Aidi Ahmad Yazid, the political secretary to Sungai Buloh MP Datuk R Ramanan, said that Muda initially supported Pakatan but has now turned against them. Aidi expressed that Muda’s aim to be the third force should not solely target Pakatan, but also Perikatan Nasional.
A series of statements and reactions by Muda president Syed Saddiq Abdul Rahman against Pakatan have led Malaysians to assess the situation, according to Aidi. He empathizes with Syed Saddiq for feeling marginalized under the unity government. However, Aidi hopes that Muda can see the bigger picture as their entry in the upcoming state elections will only benefit Perikatan.
Aidi believes that supporters of Perikatan will not vote for Muda, making it necessary for Muda to consider their plans and avoid splitting the vote. He also mentioned that the Sungai Buloh Pakatan team has assisted Muda in their Ramadan program, emphasizing the importance of actions over words.
