The Economy Ministry has stated that there are no charges associated with registering and updating information on the Central Database Hub (Padu).
It has also cautioned the public to be cautious of “fee-based services” that claim to assist in registering individuals’ details on Padu.

The ministry warned, “Aside from wasting your money, your data will also be accessible to them,” in a statement shared on its social media platforms on Wednesday (March 27).
It further mentioned that individuals interested in signing up for Padu at physical locations can reach out to the state offices of the Statistics Department.

The deadline for updating profiles on Padu is March 31.
