The theme “Malaysia Madani: Tekad Perpaduan, Penuhi Harapan (Determination in Unity, Fulfiling Hope)” reflects the vision of Malaysia Madani, which aims to enhance unity among Malaysians. As the theme suggests, the unity government supports this vision and believes it will strengthen the long-existing spirit of unity.

Beginning at 7:30am, dignitaries and national leaders arrived, followed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and the Raja Permaisuri Agong, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah. Their arrival was greeted by loud cheers from the crowd, who waved with excitement at their presence.
