In Singapore, two high-ranking members of the country’s largest opposition party have resigned after acknowledging their past romantic involvement, as revealed by Workers’ Party leader Pritam Singh.
Lawmaker Leon Perera and president of the party’s youth wing, Nicole Seah, have confirmed that they were in a relationship that ended some time ago, according to Singh.
