(Reuters) – A Russian guided bomb struck the fourth floor of a high-rise apartment building in Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, causing an unspecified number of casualties, regional governor Oleh Syniehubov said.
Syniehubov, writing on the Telegram messaging app, said the impact triggered a fire and destroyed most of one entrance to the building. He said people could be trapped under rubble.
