LONDON (Reuters) – Chelsea managed to secure a 3-1 victory over Crystal Palace in the Premier League at Selhurst Park on Monday, thanks to late goals from Conor Gallagher and Enzo Fernandez.

The first half saw Crystal Palace take the lead with a goal from Jefferson Lerma, but Gallagher’s equalizing goal in the 47th minute changed the game’s momentum. The visitors continued to push forward, with Gallagher scoring again to put Chelsea in the lead 2-1. Fernandez then sealed the victory with an added-time goal.

This win allowed Chelsea to climb to 10th place in the standings, marking a turnaround from their first-half performance. In fact, it was Chelsea’s 13th consecutive win against Crystal Palace in the Premier League, setting a new club record.

The victory was a notable one for Chelsea, showcasing their ability to come from behind and secure crucial points in the league standings.
