In Serie A action at Allianz Stadium on Sunday, Juventus and Atalanta played to a 2-2 draw. Goals from Andrea Cambiaso and Arkadiusz Milik for Juventus were matched by a double from Teun Koopmeiners for Atalanta.

Despite their efforts, Juventus have only managed to win one of their last seven league matches. They currently sit third in the standings with 58 points, just one point behind AC Milan in second place, and a significant 17 points adrift of league leaders Inter Milan. On the other hand, Atalanta finds themselves in sixth place with 47 points.

Atalanta struck first with Koopmeiners finding the back of the net in the 35th minute after being left unmarked in the box and receiving a pass from Mario Pasalic’s free kick. His powerful first-time shot gave Atalanta the lead.

Juventus managed to equalize in the 66th minute when Cambiaso was set up inside the box and was able to sneak the ball past the goalkeeper. The home side then took the lead four minutes later as Milik scored, completing the comeback.

However, Atalanta fought back and Koopmeiners scored his second goal of the match in the 75th minute with a low and angled shot that found the back of the net, ensuring both teams walked away with a point each.

Overall, it was a closely contested match with both teams showing their attacking prowess and defensive vulnerabilities. Juventus will be looking to improve their form in the coming matches to secure a higher position in the table, while Atalanta will aim to climb higher and challenge for a spot in the top four.
