South Korea’s football association senior officials suggested removing the head coach of the men’s national team, Jurgen Klinsmann, after a disappointing performance at the Asian Cup and controversy surrounding his leadership.
The recommendation comes after media reports of a fight between captain Son Heung-min and midfielder Lee Kang-in, which led to criticism from fans over Klinsmann’s leadership.
