JAKARTA (Reuters) – Thailand’s foreign minister Don Pramudwinai announced on Wednesday that he recently had a meeting with Myanmar’s ousted leader, Aung San Suu Kyi, assuring that she is in good health.
Currently serving a prison sentence, Suu Kyi has been given a cumulative term of more than 30 years for a number of charges that she vehemently denies, and she is currently appealing her case at the Supreme Court.
