(Reuters) – Tunisia’s President Kais Saied and European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen have signed a landmark agreement aimed at combatting human traffickers. The agreement, described as a “strategic partnership,” includes measures to disrupt the operations of people smugglers and improve border control.
