According to state authorities, a tragedy occurred in the western Brazilian state of Acre on Sunday when a small plane crashed near Rio Branco airport, resulting in the death of at least 12 individuals. The local company in charge of the aircraft, ART Taxi Aereo, was involved in the incident, which took place just after takeoff. Shockingly, everyone on board, including an infant, perished in the crash. The Acre state government has issued a statement regarding this horrific event and has announced that an investigation will be conducted to determine the causes of the accident. The intended destination of the plane was the small town of Envira, located in the neighboring Amazonas state.
