According to a senior defense official in Bahrain, the United States has conducted a strike on 10 unmanned drones in western Yemen that were getting ready to launch. This information was posted on social media by CBS News journalist Norah O’Donnell on Wednesday.
Norah O’Donnell, who is the Managing Editor for CBS Evening News, wrote on X (formerly Twitter) that “A senior defense official in Bahrain just told us that 10 minutes ago, the F-18 super hornets bombed 10 unmanned drones in western Yemen that were preparing to launch.”
