CARACAS/BOGOTA (Reuters) – Venezuela Interior Minister Diosdado Cabello said on Thursday three more Americans have been detained, though he did not say when, for alleged terrorist activities.
The government of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro released dozens of prisoners, including 10 Americans, in December following months of negotiations between Caracas and Washington.
