    Jordan emphasized the importance of immediate action by the international community to create favorable conditions for the voluntary return of Syrian refugees.

    The United Nations reported that during the ongoing clashes between the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in Nyala, the capital city of South Darfur State in western Sudan, at least 60 people were killed and 250 others were injured. The latest update from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) indicated that approximately 10,000 families, accounting for about 50,000 individuals, were forced to flee their homes.     Iran unveiled a newly developed drone called Mohajer-10 with an operational range of 2,000 km and a top speed of 210 km/h. The official news agency IRNA reported that the drone was showcased during an exhibition in Tehran, which showcased Iran’s latest defense industry achievements on National Defense Industry Day.     Mehmet Ozhaseki, Türkiye’s Minister of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change, expressed concern about the seismic vulnerability of around 600,000 buildings in Istanbul, Türkiye’s largest city. He highlighted that in the event of an earthquake, these buildings are at risk of collapse. In a televised interview with private NTV broadcaster, Ozhaseki mentioned that out of the 6 million houses in Istanbul, 600,000 are particularly risky and likely to be destroyed.
