PUTRAJAYA: In a new development, airlines will now be responsible for managing travellers who have been issued with Not to Land notices, rather than third parties. This decision was made during the Cabinet’s weekly meeting following an extensive discussion on the NTL issue, according to Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
