A neighbour of the man who allegedly stabbed his wife to death in Arau on Saturday (Sept 30) morning has stated that he has never heard the couple arguing while they were neighbours.
Mad Radzi Ismail, 41, who lives in the house next door, has said that he got to know the couple four years ago, who are known as “Mun” and “Lan”.

“I was home after work at about 8am and did not suspect anything when I saw the suspect leaving the house in a hurry an hour later,” said the father of the two, as told to Bernama.
The father, who is a factory worker, described it as a tragic incident and expressed his sorrow for the couple’s two sons, aged eight and 10.
“I pity the children, they are still small. They call me ‘ayah’ as they often come over to play at my house,” he said.
Police have detained a 38-year-old man today who is believed to have stabbed his 31-year-old wife to death with a knife at their home in Jalan Padang Nyu, Arau. – Bernama
