Three Bangladeshi men lost their lives tragically at the railway tracks in Taman Puncak Utama Jade Hill due to a collision with a commuter train. The incident occurred around 10.53pm on Sunday, March 3, as the men reportedly trespassed onto the tracks, according to Selangor Fire and Rescue Department assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar.
Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar mentioned that the victims, aged between 30 and 40, all passed away at the scene of the accident. Their bodies were not stuck on the tracks, as the force of the impact caused them to be thrown to the side. The bodies were subsequently retrieved around 12.15am and handed over to the police for further investigation.
The tragic incident serves as a reminder of the dangers of trespassing onto railway tracks, which can have fatal consequences. The Bangladeshi men’s unauthorized presence on the tracks led to the collision with the commuter train, resulting in the loss of their lives.
Authorities urge the public to adhere to safety regulations and refrain from trespassing onto railway tracks to avoid such tragic incidents. Trespassing onto railway tracks is not only illegal but also puts one’s life at risk, as demonstrated by the unfortunate incident in Taman Puncak Utama Jade Hill.
Efforts are ongoing to raise awareness about the dangers associated with railway tracks and to educate the public on the importance of staying away from restricted areas. It is crucial for individuals to prioritize their safety and follow guidelines to prevent accidents and loss of lives.
The community is encouraged to report any suspicious activities or unauthorized presence on railway tracks to the authorities promptly to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Collaboration between the public and law enforcement is essential in ensuring the safety and security of railway infrastructures.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of the Bangladeshi men who lost their lives in the tragic railway track accident. May they rest in peace, and may their passing serve as a reminder for everyone to prioritize safety and abide by the law to prevent such heartbreaking incidents from happening again.
