KUALA LUMPUR: The Coalition for Clean and Fair Elections (Bersih) has presented a memorandum to the government on Tuesday (Feb 27), urging for promised political reforms.
Dr Mohammed Taufiq Johari (PH-Sungai Petani) met with the protesters around 9.15am, who had gathered near Parliament.

The memorandum was passed on to him by Bersih chairman Muhammad Faisal Abdul Aziz.
Prior to this, Bersih organized a gathering at Tugu Negara as part of its #Reformasi100peratus campaign, pushing for the government to fulfill reform pledges including the separation of roles between the Attorney General and Public Prosecutor.
Bersih is also advocating for a halt on the issuance of a discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) for high-profile corruption cases.
