A bar called Director’s Cut by The Whisky Bar Kuala Lumpur is located at Menara Ken TTDI, Jalan Burhanuddin Helmi, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur. The chemist uses a scientific method involving a contraption called “rotavap” to manipulate water temperature and create a crystal clear Espresso Martini.
A notable cocktail at Director’s Cut is the New York Sour Upside Down, a version of the Whiskey Sour with a red wine float poured over it.
