KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has arrived at the Finance Ministry headquarters ahead of the Malaysia Madani 2024 Budget presentation at the Dewan Rakyat this Friday (Oct 13) afternoon.
This will be the second national budget presented by Anwar, who is also the Finance Minister, since he assumed office in the unity government.
The presentation of the budget is scheduled to begin at 4pm and will be broadcast live on local television and social media platforms.
In a Facebook post, Anwar expressed his hopes that the Budget highlights will enhance the country’s economy in the face of global challenges and contribute to the national development agenda. He encouraged the public to have faith in this endeavor by saying, “Insya-Allah.”
