According to the telco, Celcom users in parts of Pahang and Terengganu are currently experiencing a service disruption for voice calls, SMS, and Internet connectivity due to a small fire that occurred this morning.
In a post on its X (previously Twitter) account, the telco has listed the areas affected by the disruption.

The telco has also issued an apology to its users for the disruption and mentioned that it is currently working on restoring service to the affected locations, although no estimate has been provided on the duration of the restoration process.
“CelcomDigi is working to restore all services as soon as possible and apologize to our customers for this disruption,” it says.
While Digi, a telco brand under CelcomDigi, has not reported any disruptions for its users in the same areas.
