PETALING JAYA: The police are calling on witnesses to the fatal accident that occurred on the Federal Highway in Petaling Jaya to assist in the ongoing investigations. The Petaling Jaya Officer in Charge of Police District (OCPD), Assistant Commissioner Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid, stated in a Friday (Aug 25) press release that the incident took place at 8:42 am around KM32 of the highway, near Naza Auto Mall.
He further explained that initial findings revealed that the motorcyclist lost control of their vehicle, subsequently crashing into the left side railing of the road. Regrettably, the 26-year-old hotel barista succumbed to their injuries at the scene.
Anyone who witnessed the accident is strongly urged to contact Inspector Mohd Hafeez Faesal A Aziz, the traffic investigating officer, at 011-3231 1232 or visit any nearby police stations to provide valuable information that could support the ongoing investigation.
