SHAH ALAM: A self-defence instructor has been arrested by the police on suspicion of molesting four girls. The Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim stated that the first report concerning the case was filed at approximately 1.53pm on November 2. The mother of the victim claimed that her nine-year-old daughter was molested by an instructor at a toilet located within the self-defence centre in Shah Alam. Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal announced that three additional reports from other victims aged between seven and nine years old were received subsequent to the initial report. The victims alleged that the molestation incidents took place between September and October of this year.
The suspect, identified as a 20-year-old private college student who has been working as a self-defence instructor for more than a year, has already been apprehended. He is currently in custody to aid in further investigations. The case has been designated under Section 14(a) of the Sexual Offences Against Children Act, as stated by Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal.
