The police are currently conducting an investigation into a video that has gone viral, showing a man slapping his ex-girlfriend’s face inside a car. Acting Gombak OCPD Supt Noor Ariffin Mohamad Nasir stated that the 21-year-old woman made a police report, claiming that she was slapped by her 22-year-old ex-boyfriend on Monday (Oct 16) due to a misunderstanding. “We are investigating the case under Section 323 of the Penal Code for voluntarily causing hurt,” he added.
He further urged anyone with information on the incident or who knows the suspect to contact Investigating Officer Insp Nor Adiba Mohamad Nordin at 012-8819215 or Gombak police headquarters at 03-61262222, as their assistance would be greatly appreciated.
