The next case management date has been fixed for May 15, and the parties have been instructed to provide updates on the filing status of pre-trial documents.
The lawsuits were filed by DAP stalwart Tan Sri Lim Kit Siang, party chairman and Bagan MP Lim Guan Eng, and Seputeh MP Teresa Kok.
They claimed that during a ceramah in Kemaman, Terengganu, the PAS MP had alleged last year that they were related to former Communist Party of Malaya leader Chin Peng and former Singapore prime minister Lee Kuan Yew.
