A motorcyclist who became angry during a road rage incident on the MRR2 has been apprehended, according to Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail. The incident occurred on Wednesday (Sept 20) when a 55-year-old complainant allegedly almost collided with the motorcyclist while making a turn. Believing that the complainant had intentionally tried to hit him, the suspect blocked the motorist’s path and resorted to using profanity. Additionally, he struck a car door with his motorcycle helmet. The suspect had his child as a passenger during the incident. On Thursday (Sept 21) at 1.45am, the police located and detained the suspect in Ukay Perdana. The 45-year-old suspect, who has a criminal record and works as a food delivery rider, has been taken into custody until Sunday (Sept 24) for further examination.
