Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong is urging residents of Port Dickson to exercise their right to vote on August 12. As the president of the MCA, Dr Wee is calling on the residents to support the Barisan Nasional candidates, namely Datuk Mohd Faizal Ramli and Mohd Najib Mohd Isa, who are contesting for the Linggi and Bagan Pinang seats respectively.
“I call on all residents here, especially Chinese voters, to come out and vote on Aug 12.”
“Please give your support to Barisan candidates to ensure the people’s interests are protected,” said Dr Wee in a Facebook post on Friday (Aug 4).
In line with his call to action, Dr Wee also attended an event introducing the Barisan candidates to over 100 residents in Port Dickson. The event was also attended by Port Dickson MCA chairman, Datuk Seri Lim Chin Fui, former Negri Sembilan mentri besar, Tan Sri Isa Samad, Teluk Kemang MIC chairman, Datuk Veloo, Negri Sembilan Wanita MCA chief, Loh Siew Ying, and Port Dickson MCA Youth chief, Lim See Soon.
