MCA leader Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong and his wife Jessica Lim have wished a happy Chinese New Year to those celebrating the festival.
In a Facebook post, Dr Wee, who is also the Member of Parliament for Ayer Hitam in Johor, expressed his wishes as the year of the dragon begins. He said, “As we usher in the year of the dragon, Jessica and I would like to wish all our friends and family an auspicious and prosperous Chinese New Year.”
He also added, “May all of you be blessed with the vigour, courage, and strength of the Dragon to explore new and uncharted territories with great success.”
Dr Wee also advised those who are traveling during this festive season to ensure they get enough rest before setting off on their journey.
“Wishing all of you a wonderful time of reunion and gathering with your loved ones,” he said.
