In Ampang, two individuals were apprehended for allegedly stealing a motorcycle in Taman Keramat Permai.
Ampang Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Azam Ismail stated that a 60-year-old man parked his motorcycle near his residence in Taman Keramat Permai around 10pm on March 16.
However, the motorcycle was missing the next day when he intended to use it at 10am.
As a result, he filed a police report,” he said in a statement on Thursday (March 28).
An investigation led the police to capture two men aged 38 and 42 on Jalan Gombak Setia around 7.30pm on March 21, he added.
“Several motorcycle parts, including two engines and two motorcycle frames, were confiscated along with various tools,” he mentioned.
One of the suspects had a history of previous criminal offenses,” he noted.
