The Education Ministry has announced that it is taking steps to enhance the functionality of its Integrated Assessment Management System (SPPB) due to the high volume of user access causing system slowdowns. These measures include improving and optimizing the programming code, increasing server capacity, and performing server configuration tuning.

The ministry expressed concern over the difficulties faced by teachers in using the SPPB, stating that monitoring of the system’s operations is continuously carried out through the Application Performance Monitoring (APM) system, revealing that the slowdown was a result of increased user access.

SPPB is a comprehensive assessment management system for all types of assessments related to the ministry, and the ministry aims to continuously enhance the system’s operations to simplify teachers’ tasks.

For any questions or complaints related to SPPB, individuals can contact the ministry’s hotline at 03-8884 3632 or through the ICT Service Desk (ISD) https://isd.moe.gov.my/.
