Lotuss Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is organizing a Thai Fest at Lotus’s Mutiara until Oct 15, where Malaysian consumers can enjoy authentic Thai cuisine. The event will feature 50 food stalls offering a wide variety of halal and non-halal dishes, snacks, and beverages. Additionally, traditional and modern Thai entertainment will be showcased, including a performance by Thailand’s popular pop star Da Endorphine.
Da Endorphine, an award-winning female pop star, will be making her appearance in Malaysia at Lotus’s Thai Fair on Oct 15 from 8pm to 9.30pm, providing Malaysians with a taste of Thailand’s pop culture. The Thai Fest at Lotus’s Mutiara will also offer activities such as the chance to win prizes through the “Spend, Stamp and Win” promotion, daily traditional and modern cultural performances, as well as appearances by mascots and clowns.
In response to the growing demand for authentic Thai products, Lotus’s Malaysia is introducing over 300 new Thai lines in all its stores. These products include cooking ingredients, baking supplies, instant meals, canned food, beverages, personal care products, and more. Shoppers can enjoy a 6% discount on these products until Oct 25 at all Lotus outlets, including the newly opened Lotus’s Kluang and the upcoming Lotus’s Muar in Johor.
Kenneth Chuah, the President of Lotus’s Malaysia, believes that Thai cuisines have gained popularity in Malaysia and are deeply ingrained in the local food culture. He emphasized that Lotus’s, as a Thai business specializing in food retail, aims to bring the flavors of Thailand into its stores and the homes of every Malaysian.
