Firemen help land surveyor who fainted in Lok Kawi

In Lok Kawi, Penampang on Thursday (Dec 14), the Fire and Rescue Department was called to assist a man who fainted during land surveying works. The 43-year-old victim, however, was reported to be safe and was sent to the hospital for further treatment.

The emergency call came in at 3.05pm and reported the incident at Desa Hatchery, Lok Kawi. The victim was conducting land measurement at a hilly area when he fainted, according to the Department.

A team from the Penampang fire station was sent to the location, where they proceeded to carry the victim down using a stretcher. He was then handed over to the ambulance to seek further treatment at the hospital. The operation ended at 4.26pm.” said the Department spokesman.
